This is going to be a smocked blue bishop dress with smocked sleeves. I'm using the Bishop Dress pattern from The Classic Heirloom Collection by Ellen McCarn
I may use this plate, Baby Rose by Wonderfully Made on the blue dress.
This is a pink bishop with swiss eyelet-trimmed smocked sleeves. I'll be using the Ducklings plate by Ellen McCarn.
And last but not least, I'm making something out of this Walmart placemat...what could it be?
