Hand piecing

I picked up this Jinny Beyer book at the library. It's really detailed with great pictures about the hand-piecing process. This little baby quilt is one I started about 7 years ago, so I decided to work on it at night while watching tv. Jinny Beyer prefers cutting the pieces with the 1/4" seam allowance included, and I've come to agree with her. Too bad I've cut all these pieces without the seam allowance. Now I have to keep checking the front and back to make sure I'm matching the drawn sewing lines. ||  Posted by Picasa
