I made a few changes to the New Look 6310 pj's. It called for using the same seam binding that encloses the bodice edges to tie the inside. I changed that to a satin ribbon. The seam binding was way too bulky...it made a hard knot that might be uncomfortable if the baby sleeps on it. I took off the seam binding bow for the same reason. I just used a snap. I also took out the cuffs and put elastic in the legs...stays on alot better.
